Overview
Walu subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Walu is operated by Alan Fuentes, trading as tracegazer.dev, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. There is nothing to refund.
Pro Plan — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your decision to upgrade. If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
This 14-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription only. It does not apply to renewal payments or subsequent subscriptions after a previous cancellation.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for the remaining time in your current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
When your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data is preserved and remains accessible under Free plan limits.
In certain jurisdictions (such as the European Union), you may have additional statutory rights regarding refunds that supersede this policy. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, complies with all applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Account Status After Refund
Upon processing a refund, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All your financial data is preserved and remains accessible under Free plan limitations.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, you can:

- Contact Paddle directly through the payment confirmation email you received when you subscribed
Please include the email address associated with your Walu account so we can locate your subscription.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your statement.
Refund Method
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, or if you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your case individually and work with Paddle to resolve it fairly.
